"Peer support helped me feel less alone - like someone finally understood my struggles. It gave me hope that recovery was possible."

The Solution is to Find Freedom in Your Recovery

All services are peer-led, non-clinical, and rooted in compassion, connection, and lived experience.

it’s not just about “stopping the bingeing,” but about learning how to strengthen relationships — with food, with others, and with self.

Our course, services, and resources have been intentionally priced to be as accessible as possible, so everyone can benefit from support and recovery resources without the stress of financial barriers.

At the same time, the investment you make in yourself helps sustain these services, ensuring we can continue to provide ongoing support, resources, and community for everyone on their recovery journey.

Why Motivation Matters in Binge Eating Disorder Recovery

  • The Cycle Feels Overwhelming. People often feel stuck because every binge lowers self-trust and confidence. Motivation becomes the spark that helps them try again.

  • Recovery is a Process. Motivation sustains momentum through setbacks, making it easier to keep moving forward even when progress feels slow.

  • Hope Fuels Change. Without motivation, tools and strategies can feel empty. With motivation, those same tools turn into powerful life-changing habits.

How Life in Person Peer Support Services Helps

  • Small Wins First. By giving participants simple, doable tools, they feel success quickly, which boosts motivation to keep going.

  • Connection = Motivation. Feeling understood and less alone creates encouragement, accountability, and renewed energy.

  • Clarity Over Confusion. When recovery is mapped out step-by-step, motivation naturally increases because the path forward feels achievable.

  • Self-Compassion. Learning to treat themselves with kindness reduces shame, which often reignites motivation to keep trying.

💜Scarlett - Simple Tools and Feeling Seen

"What made the biggest difference for me was the mix of learning and support. The course gave me simple tools I could use every day, and having someone who had actually been through it made those tools feel real and possible. I felt understood while I was learning, and that gave me hope to keep going."

💜Marcus - Hope into Action

Hearing a real recovery story gave me hope, and the course showed me how to turn that hope into action. Learning step by step alongside someone who understood made recovery feel achievable, not overwhelming."

💜Sophie - Support and Connection

"The sessions helped me learn how to manage urges and rethink my relationship with food. What made it powerful was having peer support at the same time. Someone walking beside me, not above me. I left with confidence, strategies, and a sense of connection I’d been missing."
