Your Story

Why Share Your Experience?

Sometimes just writing it down helps. Getting it out of your head and into words can shift something, even if nobody ever reads it.

But if you want someone to read it, there is a place for that here.

You can share as much or as little as you want. You can send it in parts. You can come back and add more as things change. There is no right or wrong way to do it.

Scarlett

Submitting my story helped me feel heard in a way I had not experienced before. Writing about my experience with binge eating allowed me to organise my thoughts and recognise patterns I had not fully understood. Knowing that my story could be read by someone who understood made the process feel meaningful.

Before You Submit

Your story does not need to be polished. It can focus on:

  • Early patterns or conditioning

  • Periods of escalation or change

  • Barriers to finding support

  • What helped

  • What did not help

  • What you would want others to understand

Prefer to email? Send your story in your own words and in your own time to

[email protected]

You can send it in parts. It does not need to be completed all at once.
