Binge Eating Disorder Recovery Course

Recovery support should not depend on what you can afford or who you know. Courses are priced to keep learning available to more people.

There is no ongoing financial commitment. You choose what you want and access it when you need it.

This is built on lived experience. Independent learning is a real part of recovery. What you do in your everyday life matters.

Build stability with food, strengthen emotional regulation,

and develop practical recovery skills.

Knowing something is different from doing it. This course helps you do it.

This program provides structured guidance through the emotional, behavioural, and relational aspects of binge eating. It focuses on practical tools, real situations, and consistent application in everyday life.

This program is delivered through the Life in Person learning portal. You can move through the content at your own pace and return to it when needed.

The course allowed me to spend time mastering each skill before moving on to the next section. There was no pressure to rush through the material, which made it easier to practise the strategies and understand how they applied to my own behaviour. Working at my own pace helped the changes feel more realistic and manageable.

I liked that the course could be printed and used as my own guide at home. I could write notes, add ideas, and build on the material in ways that made sense for my recovery. It did not feel like following someone else's plan. It gave me a structure that I could adapt and develop for myself over time. It also felt like everyone was on the same level, without separating those who can afford support from those who cannot.
