Binge Eating Disorder

and Men

A dedicated space for connection, discussion, and structured support for men navigating binge eating and related eating patterns.

Understanding the Link

Binge eating in men is often overlooked or misunderstood. Many men experience challenges with eating behaviour, emotional regulation, stress, and routine disruption but may not recognise these patterns as binge eating or feel comfortable discussing them.

Some men notice:

  • Eating patterns linked to stress or pressure

  • Periods of restriction followed by loss of control

  • Increased evening or late night eating

  • Eating connected to fatigue or sleep disruption

  • Difficulty discussing eating behaviour or seeking support

These experiences can influence eating behaviour and daily routines.

Support Options

  • recognising patterns and triggers

  • understanding eating behaviour within daily routines

  • developing practical strategies

  • connecting with others experiencing similar challenges
