Binge Eating Disorder

and Perimenopause

A dedicated space for connection, discussion, and structured support during perimenopause.

Binge eating patterns can often shift or intensify during perimenopause due to significant hormonal changes, sleep disruption, and increased physiological stress. Many find that strategies that worked in the past are no longer as effective.

Life in Person provides structured peer support where perimenopause-related eating challenges can be discussed openly.

Support focuses on:

  • Understanding hormonal triggers and neurochemical shifts

  • Navigating routine changes and fatigue-led eating

  • Developing practical, hormone-aware strategies

  • Connecting with others experiencing similar transitions

These experiences can influence eating behaviour and daily routines.

Support During Perimenopause

Life in Person provides structured peer support sessions, workshops, and community spaces where perimenopause related eating challenges can be discussed openly.

Support focuses on:

  • understanding patterns and triggers

  • navigating hormonal and routine changes

  • developing practical strategies

  • connecting with others experiencing similar challenges
