Binge Eating Disorder

and Perimenopause

You are not starting over. You are just in a different chapter.

Perimenopause changes things. Your body is different, your sleep is different, and the eating patterns that were manageable before can suddenly feel like they are back to square one.

It is not a failure. It is a hormone shift that nobody warned you about properly.

Support focuses on:

  • Why hormones make binge eating harder to manage

  • Navigating routine changes and fatigue led eating

  • Developing practical hormone aware strategies

  • Connecting with others experiencing similar transitions

These experiences can influence eating behaviour and daily routines.
