Journaling Workshops

Journaling Workshops are structured online workshops designed to provide dedicated time for guided reflection in relation to binge eating recovery.

Each workshop uses defined prompts and frameworks to support examination of patterns, triggers, and behavioural responses.

The extended session length allows time for writing, structured reflection, and discussion.

What To Expect

Journaling Workshops combine guided reflection with structured prompts. Participants leave with written reflections and prompts that can be reused independently.

Workshops may include:

  • Themed journaling prompts

  • Identification of eating patterns and triggers

  • Exploration of emotional responses

  • Structured reflection exercises

  • Opportunity for questions

The journaling sessions give me time to slow down and write about what is actually happening, instead of keeping everything in my head. Putting things on paper helps me understand my thoughts and behaviour more clearly and notice patterns that I might otherwise miss. It gives me a way to step back and make sense of what is going on. It is also time I look forward to each week. I value the space I share with others and the consistency of having somewhere to return to regularly.
