Journaling Workshops

Sometimes the clearest thinking happens when you write it down.

Journaling Workshops give you a guided space to do that, with prompts that help you understand what is happening in your recovery and why.

There is time to write, reflect, and talk about what comes up. You leave with something you can keep using on your own.

What To Expect

Journaling Workshops combine guided reflection with structured prompts. You leave with written reflections and prompts you can reuse on your own.

Workshops may include:

  • Themed journaling prompts

  • Identification of eating patterns and triggers

  • Exploration of emotional responses

  • Structured reflection exercises

  • Opportunity for questions

Toby discovers "A Love of Writing"

The journaling sessions give me time to slow down and write about what is actually happening, instead of keeping everything in my head. Putting things on paper helps me understand my thoughts and behaviour more clearly and notice patterns that I might otherwise miss. It gives me a way to step back and make sense of what is going on. It is also time I look forward to each week. I value the space I share with others and the consistency of having somewhere to return to regularly.

Why Journaling Workshops

Writing things down changes how you see them. These workshops give you the time and the prompts to do that properly, not just a quick note in your phone but actual reflection that helps you understand what is going on.
