Meal Planning Workshops

Meal Planning Workshops are structured online workshops focused on building consistent and practical eating structure to support binge eating recovery.

Each workshop provides guidance on planning meals across the week, identifying risk periods, and creating realistic plans that align with daily routines.

Workshops are practical and application focused, providing clear frameworks that can be implemented independently.

What To Expect

Each session is facilitated by a trained peer with lived experience of binge eating recovery.

Sessions focus on developing practical meal planning strategies that support regular eating, reduce impulsive food decisions, and create structure around meals and snacks.

You can use your session to:

  • Build a simple and realistic meal plan for the coming days

  • Identify situations that disrupt regular eating patterns

  • Plan meals and snacks to support consistency and reduce binge risk

  • Prepare strategies for busy days or limited time to cook

  • Strengthen confidence in maintaining structured eating patterns

Charlie discusses "Planning Ahead"

The course helped me realise I was spending too much money on food. Learning how to plan meals and set a simple budget made a big difference. The weekend meal planning sessions also helped me prepare for the week ahead so I was not making decisions when I was tired or stressed. The money and time I save can now be reinvested back into myself.

Why Meal Planning Support

Regular eating helps reduce vulnerability to binge eating behaviours. When meals are unplanned or inconsistent, hunger and decision fatigue can increase the likelihood of impulsive eating.

Meal Planning Workshops provide a structured time to plan meals and snacks for the days ahead, helping participants build simple routines that support consistent eating patterns.
