Meal planning is one of the most practical things you can do for recovery. These workshops help you build a realistic eating structure for the week, work out where the harder periods are, and leave with a plan you can actually use.
Each session is facilitated by a trained peer with lived experience of binge eating recovery.
Sessions focus on developing practical meal planning strategies that support regular eating, reduce impulsive food decisions, and create structure around meals and snacks.
You can use your session to:
Build a simple and realistic meal plan for the coming days
Identify situations that disrupt regular eating patterns
Plan meals and snacks to support consistency and reduce binge risk
Prepare strategies for busy days or limited time to cook
Strengthen confidence in maintaining structured eating patterns
Length: 50 minutes
Format: Online live workshop
Focus: Meal planning to support recovery
Access: Registration required
Facilitator: Trained peer with lived experience
Booking: Must be booked in advance
Cost: $12
Regular eating reduces the risk of binge eating. When meals are unplanned, hunger and decision fatigue do the rest.
These workshops give you a set time each week to sort it out before it becomes a problem.
