Toolbox Workshops

Tool Box sessions are practical online workshops focused on building and applying specific recovery skills for binge eating.

Each session centres on one defined tool or framework and provides structured guidance on how to use it in daily life. Rather than focusing primarily on theory, Tool Box workshops are designed to support practical implementation.

Participants are introduced to the tool, guided through its purpose and structure, and provided with direction on how to apply it independently between sessions.

What To Expect

Tool Box sessions are skill based and application focused. Participants leave with a clear understanding of how to apply the tool independently.

Sessions may include:

  • Introduction to a specific recovery tool

  • Guided walkthrough of how to use the tool

  • Practical examples

  • Structured reflection

  • Opportunity for questions

Anna talks about "Weekend Workshops"

The toolbox sessions gave me practical ideas that I could try in everyday situations. Instead of only talking about recovery, we focused on things I could actually do when I felt like binge eating. It helped me build a small set of strategies that I could return to when I needed them.

Why Toolbox Sessions

Education alone is not always sufficient for behaviour change. Toolbox Sessions are designed to move beyond understanding and focus on the practical implementation of recovery strategies.

They provide structured time to learn, practise, and apply specific tools in a supported setting. The aim is to build familiarity and confidence so these tools can be used between sessions and in day to day situations.
