Toolbox Workshops

Toolbox Workshops are practical online sessions focused on one recovery skill at a time. You learn what the tool is, how it works, and how to start using it before the session ends.

Less theory, more doing!

What To Expect

Tool Box sessions are skill based and application focused. You will leave with a clearer understanding of how to apply the tool independently.

Sessions may include:

  • Introduction to a specific recovery tool

  • Guided walkthrough of how to use the tool

  • Practical examples

  • Structured reflection

  • Opportunity for questions
