Education alone is not always sufficient for behaviour change. Toolbox Sessions are designed to move beyond understanding and focus on the practical implementation of recovery strategies.
They provide structured time to learn, practise, and apply specific tools in a supported setting. The aim is to build familiarity and confidence so these tools can be used between sessions and in day to day situations.
