Weekend Support is a peer support session for the times when routine breaks down.
Weekends can bring more triggers, less structure, and harder moments. These sessions are here for that.
Sessions run on Friday and Saturday.
Each session is facilitated by a trained peer with lived experience of binge eating recovery.
Sessions focus on what happened, what is coming up, and how to move through the rest of the weekend.
You can use your session to:
Review binge eating episodes or urges that occurred over the weekend
Identify environmental or emotional triggers
Plan structured meals and self monitoring for the remaining weekend hours
Prepare for social events or unstructured time
Strengthen continuity before the week begins
Length: 50 minutes
Format: Online live session
Availability: Fridays and Saturdays
Facilitator: Trained peer with lived experience
Booking: Sessions must be booked in advance
Cost: $12
Weekends are harder. Routine breaks down, social events come up, and unstructured time can make things more difficult.
These sessions give you a place to check in during that time. You can use them on their own or alongside courses and other peer support
