Webinars

Webinars are structured online education sessions focused on binge eating recovery, practical strategies, and peer informed learning. Knowledge is shared openly so information is accessible and not restricted. These are the most affordable ways to access connection and community offered by Life in Person, beyond the free resources.

Each webinar addresses a defined topic and provides education, tools, and structured engagement in a time limited format.

Laura enjoys "Ongoing Support"

I joined a webinar to learn more about binge eating and found it helpful. The information was explained in a way that was easy to understand and follow. It helped me think about my eating in a different way and gave me some things to try between sessions. I also liked that I did not have to talk. That level of anonymity suited me. The webinars are low cost, so I can attend without worry.
