Peer support sessions

One on One Online Sessions

Online peer support sessions provide structured, non clinical support delivered through phone or Zoom.

You meet one on one to look at what is happening, work through it, and stay connected to your recovery.

Sessions can be accessed from any private location.

Each session focuses on real situations, what you have been doing, and what to do next.

Session format

Phone sessions are for Australia based clients.
If you are outside Australia, please book the Zoom option.

Michael speaks about "Shared Understanding"

One on one peer support gave me the opportunity to talk openly about my binge eating without feeling judged. The sessions helped me recognise patterns in my behaviour and think through practical strategies I could try between appointments. The pricing also made it possible to work the sessions into my household budget, which meant I could attend regularly without creating financial pressure.

Structured Peer Support for Recovery

These sessions are designed to help you understand what is happening, not just manage it.

You are not expected to have the answers before you start.

The focus is on identifying patterns, building practical tools, and creating a way forward that works in your everyday life.

Peer support can sit alongside clinical care or be accessed independently.

This service provides peer support and educational services only. It is non clinical and does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment. It is not a substitute for professional care.

This service does not provide crisis or emergency support.

If you are in Australia and experiencing an emergency or crisis, please call 000 immediately.
