Life in Person provides non-clinical peer support and education based on lived experience.
Our sessions, courses, and materials are designed to share practical strategies and community connection. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment. Participants remain responsible for maintaining their own medical or psychological care.

Terms & Conditions
Participation and Conduct All services, sessions, and resources offered by Life in Person are educational and supportive in nature. Participants are expected to engage respectfully and maintain strict confidentiality regarding anything shared by others within group settings.
Intellectual Property All course materials, guides, and written resources are owned by Life in Person and are for your personal educational use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without written permission.
Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by law, Life in Person is not liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage resulting from your use of our services or reliance on any information provided.
Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

Purpose Life in Person is committed to protecting your personal information. We collect and use your details only to provide our education and peer support services.

How We Use Your Information Your information is used only to deliver session materials, send confirmations and reminders, and improve our programs. We do not sell or share your personal information for marketing purposes.
Data Protection All personal information is stored securely. You can request to update or delete your information at any time by contacting [email protected].
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Individual & Group Sessions Payment is required upon registration. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a scheduled individual session may be rescheduled. Cancellations or "no-shows" within 24 hours of the scheduled start time are not eligible for a refund or reschedule.
Courses and Workshops For multi-week courses or one-off workshops, cancellations made more than 48 hours before the event start date may be transferred to a future session where available. Cancellations within 48 hours are not eligible for a refund.
Digital Products & Resources Due to the immediate access provided for digital content and downloads, these purchases are non-refundable except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
Facilitator Cancellation If Life in Person needs to cancel a session or event due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered the choice of a full refund or a credit toward a future session.
Refund Processing Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
